Welcome to STACKSSS. Wear what you need more of—and shop with these basics in mind:

  • Using our store: You agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Provide accurate account and payment details, keep your login secure, and use the site lawfully.

  • Products & orders: Colors may look different on your screen. Prices and availability may change. We may correct errors or cancel orders and will notify you if your order is affected.

  • Shipping & returns: Delivery dates are estimates. Returns qualify for a full refund within 10 days of delivery or store credit within 30 days, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Our content: Our branding, photos, and wording belong to us or our licensors. Please get permission before reusing them.

  • Privacy & other services: Our Privacy Policy explains how we and Shopify handle your information. Third-party services have their own terms.

  • Legal basics: To the extent permitted by law, our site and products are provided “as is,” without additional warranties, and our liability is limited. Your statutory consumer rights remain protected. We may suspend access for misuse. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

  • Updates: We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes as required by law.

Relationship with Shopify

STACKSSS is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with STACKSSS. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and STACKSSS, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with STACKSSS.
